I had to wait an excessively long time for my appointment. They made me wait for almost an hour. It's ridiculous, many patients went in and saw the doctor before me despite the fact I was the first in the waiting room and signed in first and they all came and signed in after me. It very frustrating.

My husband saw Dr Fletcher regarding a sinus infection and was very impressed by how thorough he was and how seriously he took the problem.He spent 25 minutes with him, changed him to the right antibiotics and to a more effective long term spray. My husband has a long history of sinus problems, including surgery and was so impressed with how Dr Fletcher dealt with him, who informed him he was also an ENT surgeon which was so beneficial to us as a family.Would highly recommend him.
